I make joyful art with new and reclaimed fabric and thread in bold colours. I follow intuition and curiosity more than rules. Sometimes I sew by machine, increasingly I slow-stitch to catch my breath and reclaim my attention in a world that keeps trying to steal it. I know that making things with my hands is a radical act of resistance.
